Yes, definitely. Once you disembark from the shuttle bus just walk straight ahead, past the granite pyramid. You will see public toilets right ahead of you — the tour starts just there. It may be possible for you to walk from the docks to the meeting point without taking a shuttle bus. In this case, leave the docks and go straight ahead, following the road round. You will see the pyramid previously described.

It will take ten to fifteen minutes to walk from the end point of the tour back to the shuttle bus stop.

Short answer: yes they do, with the exception of one story that's so juicy it demands to be told at any given opportunity.

You have a few options:

1. Grove Place Car Park — this is where the tour starts. It is short stay (three hours or less).

2. The Dell Car Park — about 500 yards walk. It is long stay.

3. Street parking — most of Falmouth has permit-free parking, so if you're willing to park a distance from the town centre you will find some free parking. Though you'll likely not be thanked by those that live on those streets!
