Physical mobility: the route is 0.9 miles (1.5km) and includes a short climb up a steep hill. There is seating for the first thirty minutes, and then the final ten minutes.

Wheelchair access: the route includes a staircase. Please contact us if this is an issue and we will happily alter the route.

Audio: voice amplification is used throughout.

Neurodivergence: please let us know if there is anything to make the tour more accessible. There are street and construction noises, but most of the route follows quieter back streets.

There are public toilets at the start and end of the tour route. There are no public toilets in the middle of the route.

Yes, definitely. Once you disembark from the shuttle bus just walk straight ahead, past the granite pyramid. You will see public toilets right ahead of you — the tour starts just there. It may be possible for you to walk from the docks to the meeting point without taking a shuttle bus. In this case, leave the docks and go straight ahead, following the road round. You will see the pyramid previously described.

It will take ten to fifteen minutes to walk from the end point of the tour back to the shuttle bus stop.

Cash and card are both accepted in person, but it is recommended that you book tickets ahead of time.

Tours aren't stopped by wet weather unless its notably stormy or dangerous. Cancellations are communicated to ticket holders and broadcast on social media.

Short answer: yes they do, with the exception of one story that's so juicy it demands to be told at any given opportunity.

You have a few options:

1. Grove Place Car Park — this is where the tour starts. It is short stay (three hours or less).

2. The Dell Car Park — about 500 yards walk. It is long stay.

3. Street parking — most of Falmouth has permit-free parking, so if you're willing to park a distance from the town centre you will find some free parking. Though you'll likely not be thanked by those that live on those streets!
